Refund Policy
All OnlyRuns event registrations are non-refundable and non-transferable once confirmed.
Refunds will only be provided if:
- The event is cancelled by OnlyRuns.
- The event is postponed and the participant is unable to attend the revised date.
- Significant changes are made to the event by OnlyRuns.
No refunds will be issued for:
- Failure to attend the event.
- Personal scheduling conflicts.
- Late arrival or inability to participate.
- Weather conditions, unless the event is cancelled by OnlyRuns.
In the event of an approved refund, the amount will be processed within 7–14 working days.
By registering for an OnlyRuns event, participants acknowledge and agree to this refund policy.
